Strangers are Angels

“Keep on loving each other as brothers.  Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.”

– Hebrews 13:1-2

We must spread the love all over the world.  This is not just about sharing knowledge but caring on one another.  Let’s start the love to the ones we’re closed to – our family, friends, classmates, and co-workers.  We must show them our support.  We must let them know that we’re happy for what they have achieved in their lives.  For when a person knows that someone is looking forward to him/her, he/she is being motivated then he/she would probably persevere more and more.

In life, we must treat all the other people around us equally.  We must not underestimate someone or overestimate them.  We should consider them the way we want to be considered.  In that case, we are portraying equality, no discrimination and no domination.  It is better if we treat everyone as our brothers and sisters, and love them just like our own blood generation.

Therefore, we must entertain strangers, for by doing so; they will be blessed because an angel of the Lord came to share with them the blessings we had just received.  And yes! We’re all angels of God, sent in disguise but with a purpose. We should touch their hearts to inspire them, to make their life fruitful and alive in Christ. Because through us, the goodness of the Lord is reflecting on our own manner of life.

And so sometimes, we should learn on how to cope up with their environment, not necessarily to imitate them fully. But we must let them feel or see that he/she is not alone, that we belong together in Christ Jesus. We must humble ourselves to let them feel that they are in the right place and the right company, that we share a lot of common things in the leading of God’s will. Also, we are able to build a relationship that is full of understanding, that will help us explain what the Lord commands us to do, and that would help us to improve our ability to interact.

  1. Hi there Faith, First of all Kudos to you for the blog transformation, when the page loaded I thought it was not yours and taddaaaannn….. well done Dear. I love how Golden Faith Within looks now. 🙂

Strangers are angels, I agree sometimes we should really think that way. You know what saddens me in this world nowadays is that us people are not trusting with other people. We are full of doubts and uncertainties and most of the times we are being manipulated with our judgement towards others.
    Thanks for this post.

    • thanks dear! I’m glad that you like it. 😀

well, we can’t blame anyone for having a little trust to someone, because this world is giving us a lot of uncertainties towards people. But with God’s guidance you’ll know that you’re safe always. 🙂 God bless!
