Someone Still Cares

tears

Tears are very emotional. The faster it drops, the more you’re hurt. But the longer it gets you crying, the faster you’ll move on. Pouring out all the burden and pain without holding back will help you lighten the baggage of brokenness. It will release all the negativity. And with your emptiness, someone will fill it again with positivity and strength. Someone who will pour out everything until you’re overflowing with hope, faith and love again.

From your suffering, comes comfort from someone who is always there to catch you, just waiting for you to turn around and seek Him. He is there, always present in your life but invisible to your sight. You’re almost ignoring Him when you’re happy with your so-called friends. You seem to be busy whenever you heard Him calling to you. You intentionally take no notice of Him even if it’s obvious to you that He’s watching. And now that you’re down, He is still there, He never leaves you. So take the chance to talk to Him and ask for forgiveness and support. He is our God, the God of grace and mercy, the God of all comfort, and the one and only God we have in our life. For just as it is written:

❝ The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. ❞

– Psalm 34:18

For whatever reason you are crying, God is there to wipe away all your tears and replace it with an encouraging smile. Never lose hope for He acts in a moment when you least expected it.

Ang Lalaking Bangus

Bangus – isa sa mga paborito kong isda. Mabango. Masarap. Malinamnam. Ngunit martinik. Tuwing nakakakita ako nito lagi akong napapa-“Wow, Bangus!” Sarap!). Ito ang lagi kong hinuhuling kainin dahil naniniwala ako sa, “Save the best for last.”

As in pag nakakakita ako ng pogi napapa-Wow din ako.

❝ 55 For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. 56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them. 57 Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. 58 This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your ancestors ate manna and died, but whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.” 59 He (Jesus) said this while teaching in the synagogue in Capernaum. ❞

– John 6:55-59

Unfailing Love

I was hurt for a hundred times.

I was forsaken for a hundred times.

I was neglected for a hundred times.

I was misjudged for a hundred times.

I was insulted for a thousand times.

But with all of these sufferings and pain I know that…

Jesus is hurt for countless times.

Jesus is forsaken for countless times.

Jesus is neglected for countless times.

Jesus is misjudged for countless times.

Jesus is insulted for countless times.

Yet, HE OFFERS HIS LOVE TO US FOR COUNTLESS MORE TIMES. No matter how many times we have sinned He still loves us. So let us stop complaining and follow His footsteps towards the promise land – our Father’s Kingdom.

My Life and His Plans

mylife.jpg

In a world full of uncertainties, there’s only One who knows everything about our past, present and future. It is all set according to His plan – our joy and pain are written in His book. He is the best non-fiction author of each one’s life. Also, the whole scenes in our life are directed by Him.

Hold on to His promises and nothing will go beyond His will.

❝ “For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ❞

~ Jeremiah 29:11
